UPDATE:
- Since making this chart, I started using white onion instead of yellow, and I think it’s much more flavorful. Mmm.
- When I made this last night, I used carrot chipsinstead of baby carrots, and result is carrots that absolutely melt in your mouth. :9~
- As always, going to Asian import stores for Vermont Apple Curry mix is always tastier than normal S&B Golden Curry, but it’s potentially more of a pain to obtain.Â
