We got edamame noodles at Costco a couple of weeks ago and I finally made spaghetti with them tonight and it was awesome. Organic, chock full of protein, and delicious– just needed a little bit of salt. :9

A++ would definitely recommend. Quick to cook, nice and filling, and the only “negative” is the texture takes some getting used to. Definitely going to use this instead of regular spaghetti noodles for this particular dish.

…also, costco’s organic marinara sauce was AWESOME with just a bit of garlic salt and some parmesan. :9

If you put leftover pizza in the oven at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes (until the cheese is melted again), it becomes amazing all over again. Ahhh~~

I love garlic and I love strawberries, but it may have been a mistake to put strawberry cream cheese on this garlic bagel.

IDK what to call this, but it was delicious.

Toasted sourdough with ricotta cheese and steak strips surrounded by mushrooms and spinach cooked in olive oil, all topped with garlic butter shrimp!

Too much food. Giving the rest to Aaron. :9~

Here is the curry recipe card! 🙂

reblogging so you all can make what I had for dinner tonight

mmmmm curry :9~

UPDATE:

  1. Since making this chart, I started using white onion instead of yellow, and I think it’s much more flavorful. Mmm.
  2. When I made this last night, I used carrot chipsinstead of baby carrots, and result is carrots that absolutely melt in your mouth. :9~
  3. As always, going to Asian import stores for Vermont Apple Curry mix is always tastier than normal S&B Golden Curry, but it’s potentially more of a pain to obtain.

Happy Curry, everyone! <3

I watch cooking shows (Cutthroat Kitchen) and then pretend that I can make fancy food.

Sometimes it works?????? Mostly I just feel silly. But at least it’s always tasty! :9

I made honey-glazed carrots from scratch for the first time on Sunday. Ohhhhmmaannnn that dinner was tasty. It featured:

  • Baked salmon fillets (with lemon pepper and salt)
  • Red potatoes fried in olive oil with coarse sea salt and spinach
  • The aforementioned honey-glazed carrots
  • Cheddar Bay biscuits (the kind from Red Lobster, from a box of mix)

it was waaaaayyyy too much food, though.

it’s the weekend again, guys

ah, food

(PLEASE NOTE THAT TANGO SHOWED UP FOR THE CHEESE)
