*follows a million more artists*

you are all amazing. plz inspire me.

My whole life…

Art teachers: your writing is so good, you should be a writer! :O
English teachers: your art is so good, you should be an artist! :O

Me: Can’t I… do both?

And now I’m finding myself totally stagnant in art and unsure of how to proceed and get better… as well as lacking the follow-through to finish my dumb book.

MAYBE THEY WERE RIGHT

but I’m not going to stop. I just need a game plan!

Don’t feel guilty. You have a life. You have stuff to do. Unless the blog is related directly to a job or a responsibility, do what you need to do. Example: if Pavonine were the official mascot of a convention, and your blog was an official blog for that convention, you would have a responsibility to update it regularly because it would be a job. However, Pavonine is YOUR character (and is not monetized in any way) so your real life, safety and wellbeing takes priority over any Tumblr blog.

Oh gosh. Thank you.

I have all of these stories that I want to tell… all of these wonderful characters that I want to draw and throw at people… why must there be so little time/energy for these things?!

Also, thanks for being such a fan of Pav. I adore him. He’s such a jerk but I love the backstory that I came up with him and I want to explore so much of the lore…

Siiigh. 🙁 One day.
