When can I expect new update for never look away? I’ve been missing it. Sorry if I am seem rude. I didn’t intend to be.

No worries! There’s no harm in asking. 🙂 

Chapter 27 of Never Look Away is currently at 21,000 words and counting, with 7 to-dos remaining, plus beta and revision… I’ve been at a hotel working on it all weekend, and will keep at it as I’m able to between zine projects and my full-time job. I’m REALLY hoping we can post it this week!

In the meantime, have you read Vitya Diaries?  It’s NLA canon and supplementary to the fic. While it’s not necessary to enjoy NLA, it does add to our Viktor’s backstory, and is currently 88,000 words to enjoy! You can find it here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/11799600/chapters/26615346

In NLA, Yakov has taken Vitya out to breakfast every year on his birthday since he was 8 years old. Russian Nationals made that super easy. Little Vitya always loved watching his seniors perform. Best birthdays w/ Papakov. ;A;

Say, that cheeky French boy Raphael ?, I thought for a second that it was Niko? (can’t wait to find out soon)

You’ll meet Niko in my next flashback, which should be chapter 19. 

Rafe is a scoundrel, but he’s (mostly) harmless. He chases Vitya, but Vitya learned early on (as we saw) NOT TO TRUST HIM EVER. 

The same can’t be said for Niko, unfortunately…

Never Look Away: the Yuri on Ice companion novel with 100% more Viktor PoV and backstory! Woo.

Omg so I just caught up with this story and it happened to appear on my dash. 1000% recommend for any YOI fans– it’s mostly Viktor POV and just absolutely gorgeous slow burn. Plus, there’s some amazing stuff that takes us between what we see on screen, for the months and months of development that happens while the audience isn’t watching.
