In another book I started but didn’t finish, the main character’s little brother mummifies a fish for school and everyone is disturbed.

I made honey-glazed carrots from scratch for the first time on Sunday. Ohhhhmmaannnn that dinner was tasty. It featured:

  • Baked salmon fillets (with lemon pepper and salt)
  • Red potatoes fried in olive oil with coarse sea salt and spinach
  • The aforementioned honey-glazed carrots 
  • Cheddar Bay biscuits (the kind from Red Lobster, from a box of mix)

it was waaaaayyyy too much food, though.

Whoa damn, this changes everything I knew about Goldfish. I want one now.

I had a comet named Sheryl who lived 10, almost 11 years. She was awesome. And huge. Later on, we got a big ol fatty named Lucas who was super sweet and funny and knew when it was feeding time (he’d memorized the routine) and would always spin in a circle for us. Goodness, he was cool. I miss him. :’< 

Sorry, got home WAY too late last night to post… but here are some vector animals that I did for one of my previous jobs! None of them got used, so I think they’re okay to post. 🙂
