Rarity is attempting to inspire me to get all of my work done. Pony con this weekend, gotta finish the paintings for that… and commissions.. and finish the vector for the CFZ tshirt that is due like two days ago… AHHHHH

Silent As Stars

My dad died one year ago today after a three year fight with cancer. I think about him every single day.

I wonder how often Simba snuck off from Timon and Pumbaa in the middle of the night to stand on that cliff face, wishing he were home… looking for his father among the stars…. struggling with that pain and overwhelming feeling of being lost in an endless night.

Home is an empty dream, lost to the night. Father, I feel so alone.
