I have been working on a little sidestory fic about Hakuba (surprise surprise) and a trip to London, mostly to make CloverKite cry. She decided the ending was too sad as it was, so I added a second part with an extra fluffy warmfuzzy dinner party with the Kudous and Chikage. CarpetCrawler demanded to see my Yukiko, so here it is! I’ll eventually finish the fic and post it, too… probably after I actually get to VISIT LONDON IN A WEEK OMG~!!12lkfwdfasjklsfa

I spent forever rendering this only to give up on the second foot. Probably because I reached the end of the paper – oops. But goodness, I even drew shoelaces!!12 I’m really pleased with it anyway, though.

Uhhh so… this is… “Kaitou Kage” … and… it’s a thing in the epic Conan fan fiction that we haven’t even gotten to yet. But are about to. We have (almost) all of it outlined. Seriously. 

…That whole thing about helping Toichi instead of fighting him and whatever? Yeah… .. yeah..

I will do a better drawing of this next time ;o;

Someone mentioned on their tumblr that they were tired of seeing fanart from artists they like of stuff that they don’t like, and I doubt it was even about me but I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since I saw it last night.  So I’mma try a thing.

I guess this way I can write commentary. This was a teeny-tiny sketch, done to make CloverKite squeal. It worked, so I drew more.

I had no reference to work from, but uhhh hopefully that’s okay. Here I depict some headcanon. The angsty backstory I wrote for Hakuba in the EPIC CONAN FANFIC gives him pale scars on his lower back. I ought to do some research about scars, though.

Oh, yeah, I also gave him cigarettes, which he occasionally uses to de-stress. More headcanon, but it’s been fun to give him some conflicts and traits that he needs to work through besides the obvious… CK isn’t a fan of that part for personal reasons, so I drew him shirtless, smoking AND smiling for once…  Carpet says I was being cruel. 🙂

…Ahem anyway! SO… .. what did you think of this system? Does it work for you? Is the commentary option appealing? I know that the images just displayed aren’t as nice as a photo set, but if I can potentially make my followers happier then it is worth it. 🙂

So a couple of years ago, Carpet Crawler asked on twitter what peeps were gonna do to celebrate Shinichi’s bday on the dconanworld thing. I told him, only knowing him from that time when detective conan was trending on twitter thanks to the Philippines (I think?) doing a marathon and he retweeted me and then we started talking and then

For Conan Sunday, I present… the sketch for chapter one of EPIC CONAN FANFICTION, aka Call of the Raven! Each chapter, when finished and posted, will have a drawing to go with it. This one is called ‘The Love Letter,’ in which the detective boys discover a heart-stickered envelope attached to Conan’s bag on the way home from school. 

Inside is a letter from… Kaitou KID! Dun dun dunnnn.

Okay, now to work on a snippet of requested fanfic! 😉 

I wrote a little story about Hakuba for CloverKite last night. He goes Christmas shopping with Mitzi (OC of course) to find the perfect gift for Kaito. It was short and sweet and sappy so here is a drawing that I did about it.
