Convention Updates!

I won’t be at Confuzzled this year (sobbing), BUT Furcon 2015 is a go! Yes, I will have a table! Yes, I will see if I can do a panel or two! It’s in San jose, California in January. Plan early so you can be there! 🙂

As this is, currently, the only other con that I am signed up for… I will be spending the next several months revamping everything. What does this mean? 

  • a ton of new art
  • fun new products (which I will be experimenting with using redbubble and the like)
  • consistent comic updates
  • the actual printing of Dangerous Cute book #1 AND short graphic novel
  • better, faster, stronger clingy and card badges, as well as other commissions
  • and more?!

Incidentally, I had a dream last night that I showed up to FC only to realize that I had forgotten all of my supplies. Uhm. Let’s hope this won’t happen.

Pokemon … getto daze!

Currently writing the to-do/packing list for the con that we’re supposed to be leaving for in a couple of hours. Sabakon in Las Vegas, Nevada! Is anyone else going? Besides bear and zed I mean. 🙂 

…yeah, okay, I should have been packed last night, but I got prints made yesterday and stayed up super late cutting out the sheets for the big buttons. Will probably cut out the smaller ones on the 6ish hour drive to Vegas… and assemble some new button stock tonight at the hotel – riveting fun, right?

I still haven’t completely unpacked from Confuzzled. My suitcase still has lots of the UK in it. Sob. I MISS IIITTTTTTtt  T-T; <3 

I REALLY HATE the pre-con “no one is going to like me/buy my stuff/take me seriously” jittery feeling.

Whew!

That was a good con. :3 I met lots of very very nice people. Pony peeps are so nice! I sold out of lots of prints and buttons. So glad we decided to go. <3 

TONIGHT: I let my wrist rest.

TOMORROW: I get back to work on those commissions! And t-shirt design! 

Biggest LIttle FurCon is in 1 month with Confuzzled a month after that. Then it’s nothing until Banzai, I think. 😀

Jessica Rabbit… as a rabbit!!!

I finally got approval to post this… I’ve been sitting on it for WEEKS.

This was requested by the staff at Confuzzled, a furry con over in the UK! I guess they’ve turned it into a GIGANTIC banner that everyone can go see in the lobby (?!) – I wish I could be there to see it in person, myself!

I think it’s going to be auctioned off for charity at the end of the con.

Their theme this year was Hollywood, and I was totally all over the idea of drawing Jessica Rabbit as a rabbit. OMG. Best project ever, even though it was kind of a beast.  Had to paint it in two halves because my computer could not handle the file size. 🙂 

I’ve got Anime Vegas on the brain, still. Lots to do, lots to do! Make sure you pre-reg and come. It’s going to be ~amaaaazing~! And oh hey look the mascot characters aren’t totally based on some from my very favorite anime at all. *cough*
