I started reading a Stephen King book today… and I really, really, really like it.
I mean, I loved his book, On Writing, but that’s non-fiction.
Christine is so good so far… I don’t know why I resisted reading King’s work for so long…

In other news, I finally read The Indian in the Cupboard and The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian this week, and adored them both. What took me so long?!
I’m just ten pages away from finishing Writing the Breakout Novel, too, and already feel like I should go back and read it again– with a highlighter this time.
I think I’ll (re)start the first Percy Jackson book next, and maybe look up The Partner.
I also drew a blue tailed skink at work today, but it’s been pretty busy, so it’s not finished yet. I’ll post it tomorrow. It’s cute!
Book Formats
I realized yesterday that I read hard copy books at home, kindle/e-books on my phone on the way to/from work, and listen to audiobooks while at the office. It’s perfect for the three 3-books-at-a-time thing that I like to do, and each format has its own advantages for the different locations.
Hurray for books!
