Drawings from last night’s campfire! Y’all had me draw Rouge the bat again for the wing theme… but in my style this time! And other things.

I love this new surgence of holiday birds, I first saw them at target, and just recently at micheals. They’re so wholesome and sweet I have one one my desk and little ones one my tree :)

Aren’t they so great?! I love the Target birds, especially. I have four so far… I’ll probably get another one in the next year or so. Here’s who I have:

This is Vitya, who I keep at work. He’s who I painted that one time (only I turned him blue), and he is beautiful.

These are John and Holmes. I know, no surprise.

This gentleman is Meguire. I love him.

I’d like to find an Eddie (Valiant).

Anyway, they’re amazing. 😊

Hi everyone,

It’s been a really long time. I haven’t created any art that I’ve been proud of for over two years. In fact, I didn’t draw anything at all during 2015. It was a very hard year for me, emotionally and also creatively. I feel very rusty, but I hope I can create beautiful things in 2016. I feel cautiously optimistic.
