Fun fact: Ash has never, not even once, put Pikachu back in his Pokeball in 700+ episodes, 15 movies, and 50 or so specials. That’s around 15 years. 5 regions, the Orange Islands, and the Battle Frontier. 44 or so gyms, 5 Pokemon League Tournaments. Not even once.
Fun fact: Ash has asked Pikachu countless times if he wanted battle or not.
