Just got back from a road trip with my mom to Washington state to see my bro and his family. It was beautiful, as always. These photos were taken in Oregon on the way back. Alas, I didn’t get any more because I was driving the whole time… but that’s okay! This was a particularly nice view from the rest area at Dead Man’s Pass.

UPDATE:

  1. Since making this chart, I started using white onion instead of yellow, and I think it’s much more flavorful. Mmm.
  2. When I made this last night, I used carrot chipsinstead of baby carrots, and result is carrots that absolutely melt in your mouth. :9~
  3. As always, going to Asian import stores for Vermont Apple Curry mix is always tastier than normal S&B Golden Curry, but it’s potentially more of a pain to obtain.
