WELL gosh I’m actually really bad at anatomy, but ill try to help!
Pardon these pics, I was gonna put them all in gif form but my computer
is slow and i had to badly edit them together.
I start with the nose,
then attach everything else based around it. I do the nose, then the
mouth. The snout (or the bridge of the nose) goes up to the eyebrow,
depending on the view.as for paws, I just draw a circle for the palm, and draw the fingers on first. then i add the wrist and details. Paws are like big human hands. you can make them as big and bulky or as thin as you want. Bigger animals usually have bigger paws, like lions and tigers, when anthropomorphized. Bunnies and cats usually have smaller ones. Rats tend to have the thinnest.
And a thing to note is the middle two toes are usually bigger than the two on the sides. I draw them as circles usually when planning them out, then add details. I usually draw them this way if I’m drawing feral animals or big animals like tigers.
My favorite thing to draw are noses and snouts, and it’s definitely easy to start with the nose first. Just practice drawing snouts is all I can say, and you’ll get the gist of it-It’s pretty much second nature to me because I draw them so often. THEN you can add different expressions!
Thats all I really have!
