Slowly but surely making progress in apartment cleaning/decorating. I finally have my babies in frames… Ahhhh.

Bonus: the whole wall so far…

You may recognize my desk setup that is severely lacking in toys, but there is a good reason for that. I may try to get a wider/longer board for it, too… maybe one in black? IDK. That wire shelf over to the right is going to hold all of our networking and computer equipment- towers, printers, receivers -as well as all of our owl stuff. We have lots of owls. 

OKAY SO the cloud cover kept the temperatures in the mid-30s, which helped the roads and sidewalks stay relatively clear where they’d been salted– leaving huge pools of slush and water everywhere. While this was better in some ways, it also means that we’re going to get lots and lots of ice as the temperature drops tonight… and it’s supposed to be snowing all night.

I wonder what tomorrow will be like. WILL WE GET A SNOW DAY?! 😀 

We are all being sent home early because the bosses don’t want us to die in this snowstorm. :’)
