once upon a time

my friends and I went to an 18+ after dark panel at an anime convention

the voice actors were really classy, and I mean this seriously. we were all having a great time and it was so funny because they were so SUBTLE and witty about it all, and then

and then

PonyBoy showed up

and gone was the clever humor and subtle puns and innuendo

and then Ran’s american VA told him that he couldn’t ask any more questions and that he had to go sit down again. things were awkward but better

…

the moral of the story is: don’t be ponyboy.
