He only told her in the drawing because Sonoko was threatening him in the previous one. 🙂 As far as the for realz Conan canon goes, he hasn’t told Ran anything. It seems that, for now, the only way for Shinichi to confess is if it happens in fan fiction… Alas, ear wax!
