Was<\/em> he jealous? Yes, of course. That had been the reason he’d agreed to the ridiculous game in the first place. But now he wondered if he had any right to be jealous or in so much agony about it. Should he shrug and make excuses as if it didn’t matter to\u00a0him?<\/em>\u00a0No.<\/p>\n
