A tidy <a href=\"http:\/\/detectivephiliac.tumblr.com\/post\/59695142388\/the-following-is-a-detailed-report-of-the-events\" title=\"oh snap\" target=\"_blank\">folder with several papers<\/a> inside rest beneath a box of assorted chocolates; both carefully placed so they were out of the way but wouldn&rsquo;t go completely unnoticed. On the folder was a sticky note with careful (probably too careful; a bit nervous) handwriting:<\/p>\n<p><em>&ldquo;I decided I didn&rsquo;t want anything to do with this case,<\/em><br \/><span><em>and I wasn&rsquo;t sure what to give you for the <br \/>occasion. It turned out to be <\/em><em>rather interesting &#8211; maybe <br \/>you can make use of it.<\/em><br \/><em>Do what you&rsquo;d like with these. <strike>My apologies.<\/strike><\/em><br \/><em>Happy birthday.&rdquo;<\/em>]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&ndash;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/media.tumblr.com\/bd043feed21876ed7346452b4525c619\/tumblr_inline_msc44gryH21qz4rgp.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;An interesting case from my beautiful colleague, Kirigiri-san?
