At his relief she gave a smile of apology, moving to rest a hand on his arm. \u201cSorry, I didn\u2019t mean to worry you.\u201d She\u2019d just been so intent on getting her work done, but then she was like that with everything.<\/p>\n

“A break sounds wonderful, lord knows I could use some food too.” Pausing, she laughed a little bit at that. “Listen to me, you\u2019ve actually managed to get me to admit when I need to eat! How could you?”<\/p>\n

She understood a little bit about being lost in the new home, smaller then their actual home (though about the same size-ish) when she lived at the Kudo Manor. It would take a little time to get used to this place. Their place.<\/em><\/p>\n

“Where ever you want to go, I\u2019m game. Just as long as food comes into the picture at some point.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He laughed, pulling away from the doorframe to really look her over. “I’ll make certain of it, dear. Definitely food. Probably on the way back. I was thinking we could look at some curtains… for our office?” Hakuba took her hand and tugged her to the hallway, gesturing with his free arm to the other bedroom.<\/p>\n

“It’ll be our office for now, but eventually… Unless you think it would be better in the bedroom? \u00a0Anyway, we need to make this apartment look a little bit more… I don’t know…\u00a0lived in<\/em>, don’t you?”<\/p>\n

He looked into the room, covered in book cases and desks waiting to be put together, then back at her, drawing a hand to her back and around her waist.\u00a0<\/p>\n
