Honestly, though, he was fairly certain that he knew exactly what was waiting for him.

[kaitobird] He woke up nestled in warm, strong arms. Careful to not wake the detective, he wiggled an arm of his own free to reach up and play with that beautiful blond hair. He brushed it out of Hakuba’s face, gently sticking what he could behind an ear, and lightly running his fingers through it, front to back, following the instinctual urge to preen.
The gentle movements brought the detective from deep sleep with a lazy smile and a yawn, which he covered with a hand before nestling back down with a deep sigh. He loved the feeling of fingers in his hair.
[kaitobird] “You. Me. Bed. Now.”
“On my way~”
Kaitobird slides up behind him, ignoring the scars and wrapping his arms around his torso. “Hello~”
“Hello, Kuroba-kun…Mnh- you’re nice and warm, aren’t you? Making it a little bit difficult to get changed, though…”
