Hot chocolate~

osakandetective:

Heiji Hattori rested under a kotatsu that was slowly growing warmer. But not warm enough, it seemed. The Osakan shifted trying to get comfortable but each time he finally settled he could feel the chill settling into his bones. He stretched his arms out in front of him one the table, before completely slumping over so his head was resting against one of his arms. He let out a small sigh of defeat and resigned himself to waiting for the kotatsu to warm.

Then he felt something touch one of his hands and blessed heat seeped into his cold fingers. He opened an eye to find a mug resting against his had. Whatever was in it look absolutely delicious with a good amount of whip cream and chocolate powder. There was even a colorful straw sticking out of it.

Heiji picked up his head and gathered the mug carefully into his hands before taking a drink. The hot chocolate scolded his tongue and throat a bit but it wasn’t unbearable. He had to stop of course and lick the whip cream off his lips. He then looked to the person who had brought him this wonderful drink and was not surprised to see that it was Hakuba.

“I could kiss ya right now.” Heiji spoke happily a wide grin sweeping across his face.

“I get that a lot, Hattori-kun… try not to burn yourself too much, hm?”

Once you get this you must share five random facts about yourself. Then pass this on to your ten favorite followers uwu

“Ah! Thank you for nominating me as one of your favorites. I appreciate that more than I can adequately express. Now, for the task at hand… Five random facts about me, or my mun? Perhaps I’ll provide five for each of us!”

Hakuba

  1. I enjoy rereading books to see how my perception of the events within change depending on outside influences.
  2. One of the things I love most about Japan is the ample fish available, though nothing quite beats classic Fish ‘n Chips. Unfortunately, Kaitou-san doesn’t seem to care for fish at all…
  3. Although I don’t get a chance to do it often, I’m a skilled hunter with rifle, archery, trapping, and hawking. I clean and dress my own kills, as well.
  4. I’ve never owned a cat before, though I think I should quite like to get one some day. I admire their independent, clean, quiet nature.
  5. I once told my mum that I was going to grow up and live in the Sherlock Holmes museum. She didn’t believe me. I wonder if there’s a chance…

Mun

  1. Before Detective Conan, my mun hadn’t ever roleplayed a “feature character” – Edogawa-kun, myself, and so on, only OCs. She’s often quite nervous about her portrayal of us as a result!
  2. She went to university to become an animator, but ended up switching to Illustration/English/Humanities. Alas, she had to take a break from academia for health reasons, but she almost had her bachelor’s with major and minor. One day, I know that she will return and finish!
  3. Unlike myself, my mun has three cats that she keeps as pets. They apparently like to sleep on the bed with her and take up a great deal of room.
  4. My mun also runs a web comic that she hasn’t updated consistently since our trip to London earlier this year… I wonder if there’s a correlation? Especially odd as we were in England, specifically, so she could speak at a convention about web comics…
  5. She, shamefully, has not read all of the Sherlock Holmes books, even though she owns a good deal of them. Ridiculous, isn’t it? I will continue to pester her about it until she finishes, however; not to worry!
