And so, with a stomach full of grass, the now lion Hakuba rolled over onto his side. While the form was a marked improvement, he wasn’t quite sure how he felt about his earlier dietary choices… even though it was, after all, very tender and fragrant grass.

“Oh, you’ve GOT to be kidding me!”

Curious… does this have anything to do with the black strips from before?

“That’s… a little more complicated. He’s an attractive person, to be sure, and at times has seemed rather endearing. Not toward me, necessarily, but to others… I can’t stand the stubborn, persistent ignorance, though. That is a major turn off.”
Plus there’s that whole, ah, self-destructive part of me that probably wouldn’t mind being murdered by him so much, but that’s probably more information than anyone needs to know…

“You got me- I’m really a fan of well-dressed men and women. Ties included, yes?”

“That’s… fairly direct… but okay, yes… I’ll admit to that. At least when he’s not making me feel completely useless and stupid, anyway.” (Which happens a lot.)
