Heiji leans against the wall beside the open window, neatly dressed in a pressed suit and shot Hakuba a disapproving glare. “Took yer time, didn’t ya? Yer’ made me wait.” Covering the distance between them in a few strides, he backed Hakuba into a wall and trapped him there with both hands on either sides of his head, whispering darkly in English. “Pardon my intrusion, Hakuba. But you know I dislike waiting…” Leaning in, he captured the detective’s lips with his own, kissing him roughly.
