♛: Sharing a dessert

The two were sitting across from each other at the dinner table in Agasa Hakase’s house, each armed with a fork and a plate of strawberry shortcake between them. Bits and pieces went missing during their discussion of massive cell regeneration, but there was still a lot to go before the night was through. Fortunately, talking about science and teasing each other during the process was something that they both excelled at. 

Hakuba took the canister of whipped cream and added another dollop to the cake, then another, and then slowly wound a coil of white swirl around and around, forming a cone-shaped pillar of the stuff. He did it mostly to irritate her. "See? Now we can continue~”
