Sh—- He watches carefully, trying to commit the motions to memory so that should the need ever arise again, it wasn’t beyond his own hands to accomplish. He should’ve just chosen not to wear a tie.
Hm… Or not…
It was the first time he didn’t have to look up to look at Hakuba’s eyes— in fact, his head was tilted down just a slight to maintain respectful contact. “Alright, I see where I went wrong. Thanks. Again.”He smiled then, finally, before running his hand down the length of the accessory. After admiring the handiwork for a second, he turned just slightly to grab the coat, shrugging it on over his (much longer arms holy moley), and shuffled it into place sighing once he was done.
“What’ya think? Does it look alright?”
Good god.
“You… ah, yes, yes, it looks quite nice. V-very refined. ah… not… not a trouble at all. It might be wise to take another set or two of clothes for the moment, until you can… get some shopping in…"
”*~**~-~** I knew I could count on you oh bless your heart Hakuba-sama.**~-~**~*”
“N-not a problem at all, Emi-kun…”

Hakuba-sama, if I’m wearing this suit, you’re doing this tie for me because I swear to god I’m about to burn it.
“I would, ah, love to help you with your tie… just… hold on, here, it’s like this."
Hakuba undoes all of the work that Emi has accomplished, pulls the tie off, shakes it, then starts fresh. Lay over the shoulders, slide up round the neck, measure to make sure that it’s even here and there, begin tying. Smooth, practiced hands. Trying very, very had to not think about this too much.

I have 15 drafts here and 6 on Conan that need to be finished, plus drabbles and a million questions to answer. So sorry that I have been so slow/busy! And tomorrow, I’ll be camping with my writing group buddies (critique session in the forest AW YEA), so I won’t even be home until Saturday night! Boo.
But I will get to everyone’s replies ASAP… get what I can done tonight and if not, this weekend!

Angst Week: Reminder and Resources
Reminder that there is exactly one month left to Angst Week.
Here are a few things that can hopefully help with the preparation to the event. Hopefully some of these things have been done and discussed with your RP partners.
- The plot. What will happen? Will someone die? How will they die? Will someone be brutally beaten? Will they be blown up to pieces? Will someone be selling their soul to the devil? Hopefully you have discussed with your RP partner on what will happen on your RP.
- The relationship-building. Important thing to note as the angst can’t happen if the relationship isn’t strong. Well, it can, but it’s not as gut-wrenching without that deep connection between you and your RP partner’s character. Hopefully you have built up the relationship by the time September 15th has rolled around if you are planning to take this chance to do some character building.
- If you are not going to do some character building, hopefully your AU is picked and prepared. I suppose this can fall under the plot point above, but it’s never bad to remind the specifics.
- The research. I don’t think there needs to be a reminder for this, because everybody does their fair share of research for their RPs. Hopefully you’ve already done all the extra research. Otherwise, here is a reminder for you to hop to it.

How often do you travel? Where do you go?
“It feels like I travel every few weeks, all over Japan if not over seas. Typically, I head to the United Kingdom (my home), and various places in Europe. France is my favorite, but I’ve been all over. Germany, Italy, Sweden… to name a few. Those trips usually aren’t until summer when I take two or three weeks simply to travel for pleasure.”
