This is executive dysfunction: You want to do the thing, but you can\u2019t do it. Sometimes you can\u2019t make a choice because you\u2019re overwhelmed by the options; sometimes you just can\u2019t get yourself to start.<\/p>\n

Further to J\u2019s but about executive dysfunction, this might actually also be analysis paralysis<\/a>. It\u2019s something I struggle with a lot – \u201cI can\u2019t make a decision because there are too different many options to weigh up and compare, so I\u2019ll just avoid it and procrastinate instead.\u201d<\/p>\n
