NBC4 Washington<\/a> is reporting that original TMNT co-creator Kevin Eastman<\/strong> says Michael Bay\u2019s \u2018Ninja Turtles<\/em>\u2019 will be fantastic! It is known that Kevin Eastman has been a regular consultant on the project, providing guidance to the production and direction team of Bay and Liebesman.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2018Jonathan Liebesman is going to make a great film. From what I\u2019ve seen of the script, it\u2019s fantastic. Michael Bay has made some great and intense movies. We\u2019re talking about being inspired by movies like \u201cThe Avengers\u201d for scope and roots origin and \u201cThe Raid: Redemption\u201d for fight scenes and \u201cRise for the Apes\u201d as far as computer-quality style.\u2019\u201d<\/em> – Kevin Eastman, NBC4 Washington<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Regardless of your feelings toward Bay\u2019s involvement with the TMNT, this only means more Turtles! Originally set to release on Christmas Day 2013, Bay\u2019s \u2018Ninja Turtles<\/em>\u2019 has been postponed until 2014.<\/p>\n
