A lot of people think an anxiety attack is always\u00a0hyperventilating and freaking out. I don\u2019t know how it is for everybody but I can have\u00a0anxiety\u00a0attacks where\u00a0\u00a0I just feel like I\u2019m not breathing enough even though I am and start getting sweaty, heart races and sudden urge to escape no matter what I\u2019m doing. Most don\u2019t think that\u2019s an \u201cattack\u201d but until you\u2019ve felt it you don\u2019t know how\u00a0claustrophobic\u00a0it actually makes you feel.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>its so scary<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>NAUSEA &amp; VOMITING<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I straight up feel like I\u2019m going to die when I have mine.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I used to get these a LOT in high school and college. It was awful. And like the commenter directly above me, yes, feelings of &lsquo;I am dying&rsquo; are rampant.
